RECAP of meeting!!

Okie all u happy folks...to all who couldn't make it for today's meeting due to other stuff, Welfare Person is here again to summarise the meeting's agenda.

1) End-of-Year CIP!!
Okie...this year's EOY CIP is to CLEAN UP THE COUNCIL ROOM and PACK STUFFS!!
It is on the 6th of Dec, 8am is the reporting time.
We'll finish when all is cleared up and I encourage all to come as there are CIP points!!
THIS IS COMPULSORY...unless u have a valid reason...
Attire is School Uniform!!

Lunch will be provided...unless told otherwise...do come!!!

2) CCA Exchange

There will be a short meeting tomorrow morning at the foyer regarding this!
Do listen to the announcements!!

To all the councillors out there and where ever you may be, please note that there will an End-Of-Year council meeting on Wednesday 24th October at 2:30pm in the Music room. (Or whatever the time that the dialogue ends...)
Please have your lunch before the meeting as this one may take quite a while due to:

• Summation of events in 2007
• What's in store for 2008
• CCA exchange details
• Packing (Moving date: 6th December 2007)
• Sec 1 Registrations
• Juniors review
