There is a welfare meeting on Monday too...but after the exco meeting...
The welfare meeting might start at 11am...meet in council room pls...
And welfareans, do come on Thurs and Fri to help Chia Hui finalise the packing of the council room...although Grad Niteans are excused...including me...hahaha!
If u are overseas or having CCA, u are also excused.
The agenda of the welfare meeting is VERY BIG, I assure you...
Attendance for the welfare meeting is COMPULSORY!
We have lots to catch up on too...
There might be games in case of "SUPER-BOREDOM"!!

Sec 1 Registration details
Here are the people involved in the upcoming Sec 1 registration on 21st December:

Details of various duties:
- Councillors at the foyer and canteen are to assist pupils (Sec 1 2008) to check their classes and direct them to the hall.
- Councillors at the hall staircases are to literally bring the pupils and their parents up to the hall entrance.
- Councillors stationed at hall entrances are to distribute the queue numbers to parents and pupils according to class. (first ask them what class they're in and give them the card according to their class) The cards are given out on a first-come-first served basis.
Rgistration officers (ROs):
Collect box of allocated class containing class namelist, booklist, uniform order list and registration booklet. Proceed to hall and set up shop at the allocated class table.
Registration officers are to collect & keep report books of students and verify the school posting slip at the back of the report book. The pupil will then sign on the class namelist. The registration booklet, book and uniform list will be given upon signing of namelist. The pupil will then be asked to proceed to the canteen to buy respective items.
If a pupil wishes to appeal out, the above steps must first be completed. Only two reasons will be accepted for transfer: medical reason or change of address. If pupil insists on appealing, ROs will refer pupil to accompaniying teacher or to the mass appeal counter.
By 12 noon, namelists must be submitted to teachers and report books sorted and stored in the General Office.

Venue: Bedok-Tampines Secondary school canteen
Note: ALL councillors are expected to be in full council uniform. Foot wear will be black leather shoes (guys) and black court shoes (girls) and stockings (for girls...obviously)
All Junior councillors doing registration are to prchase the council white uniform by 21st Dec. Do check with your seniors whether the uniform purchased is acceptable. { Unifrom is whte long sleeved shirt (guys) or white short sleeved blouse (girls) and white pants or skirt)
Blazers are to be worn. For those who have not collected your blazers, please attempt to get in from Mr. Momok on 22nd Nov (late morning to mid afternoon) OR on the day of registration (report at 6:45 to try out blazers...) in the council room

Time adjustment to HOLIDAY MEETING
Ok...since Mr Momok said that meeting was on the 8th of Nov...which OBVIOUSLY is Deepavali....it is re-scheduled to 7th Nov...Wednesday...
Same time: 1pm
Venue: AVA room
End time: We will end when we feel like it (It's the holidays BTW...)
Attire: School Uniform/CCA uniform/ (So long as it is school approved)

Holiday meeting
Dtae for upcoming meeting is 8th November 2007 in the AVA room at 1p.m.
Attendance is compulsory unless equipped with a valid reason coupled with a black and white proofing.
Do bring writing materials along and pass this message to other councillors who are devoid of internet access or computer access or those who are unaware of the presence of the blog etc. Anyway, just pass the message round.
